Gary Couch – Director

Recent Experience - Gary Couch has over 25 years of working as a manger and at a senior level in the Further Education sector. In recent years he has been responsible for managing contracts in excess of 1m turnover both compiling the contract and ensuring that they operate effectively to meet the customer needs.

Qualifications Gained - BA Hons in Government and Administration in the Public Sector, HNC public Sector, ONC Public Sector, IOSH Managing Safely
Employment History - Birmingham Education Services, Birmingham Social Services, Further Education Colleges at Handsworth Wood, Manchester City Council FE College, Solihull College and West Midlands Police Authority.
Positions held - Chief Administration Manager, Clerk to the Corporation and public sector committees, Facilities Manager, Contracts Manager and Director working at strategic levels in public sector organisations
Recent Responsibilities - Catering, Cleaning and smaller building contract management and audits; Management of health and Safety in a large organisation and presenting reports for strategic decision, meeting sustainability and environmental targets and maintaining an Insurance portfolio of policies.
